When we assign a signing agent they will be the most experienced and qualified agents to your closings, since we also do the signings ourselves. They usually meet at the borrower’s home or office, although they will meet anywhere that is convenient for the borrower.  

  You can drag and drop your documents directly onto our site. This process cuts out unnecessary emails and overnight shipping for a more secure and efficient document transfer system. You can check on the status of uploaded documents and see when the notary retrieved the files.  

  With Active Notary’s online applications, you can check the status of your signings whenever you want. We also let you generate a report that includes the tracking number, closing date, name, address and status of your signing. You can review each report in detail with comments added by you and an Active Notary representative.  

  Our notaries are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Because of our extensive database, we guarantee that we will always have a notary available, even for last minute appointments.  

  We take the security of your documents and information seriously. We utilize secure and encrypted cloud servers to house all client and borrower information. A $1,000,000 E&O Insurance Policy covers all our notaries. Rigorous process controls ensure that methods are continually updated to comply with changing industry requirements.
